One of the best hostels in Paris for backpackers and students, Friends Hostel is located just three minutes from Butte Montmartre and the Sacré Coeur. Barbes-Rochechouart metro station is located just across the road, although you can also rent bikes from the nearby Velib station.

Friend's hostel provides free internet access (Wi-Fi) to 9:00am to 6:00pm, free fax service and free safety deposit box.

You can enjoy our fully equipped kitchen which includes a fridge, a freezer, a microwave-oven as well as a regular-oven, and more.

There is a courtyard with tables where you can eat on sunny days. There is a TV room as well.

Breakfast for 1€: hot drink (coffee, tea or chocolate) and 1 pastry (croissant or pain au chocolate) offered.

- 'Butte Montmartre, Pigalle and Place du Tertre' are just 3 minutes from 'Sacré Coeur'.

There is a Velib station nearby from where you can rent bicycles

There is also a small library for you.

Check-out time is 09.00am

It is open 24 hours with no curfew and no lock-out.

Please note: you have to pay cash at the arrival (our reception doesn't accept credit cards). There's a bank close to our hostel.

Important: if you have a delay on your expected arrival time, you must contact the hostel to let us know. Otherwise your reservation will be cancelled after 3 hours from the arrival time indicated in your reservation.

If you don't cancel at least 48h in advance and don't show-up on the day of your booking, we will charge the first night on your credit card. The charge on your statement will appear as "Peace and love hostel".

Friend’s hostel will contact you to confirm your reservation before arrival.

You’ll need to send your card security code of the card you used when booking (this is the last 3 digits number on the back of your card) in order to fully secure your booking. Failure to do so may result in losing your reservation”.

Please note that after you have made a reservation on www.hostelbookers.com the institution in which you have booked will request pre-authorization on your credit card.

It is not a commercial transaction, but simply a verification of the validity of your credit card. Pre-authorization will then be erased from the history of your credit card within a few days

We have twin rooms and rooms for 3, 4, 6 and 14 bed with showers in the twin rooms, plus the 4, 6 and 14 bed mixed dorm. Our 14 bed mixed dorm is air-conditioned.

All our rooms are cleaned daily. Linen and pillows are included (1 sheets).

Directions (how to arrive at the establishment): We are located at Métro stop Barbès-Rochechouart which is on lines No. 2 & 4. On leaving the metro you will find yourself on Boulevard de la Chapelle. We are located at number 122 on this street.

From Airport Beauvais: you take the bus from the airport to Paris, the bus will leave you near to the metro station "Porte Maillot" from there the shortest way to get here is to take Metro number 1 in the direction "Chateau de Vincennes" but you stop at Metro Station "Chatelet" and change with number 4 in the direction "Porte de Clignancourt" and stop at "Barbès-Rochechouart " On leaving the metro you will find yourself on Boulevard de la Chapelle. We are located at number 122 on this street.

From Airport "Orly" and Airport "Charles de Gaulle" :there is a train called RER B you have to take this to Gare du Nord and from Gare du Nord you will have to take number 4 in the direction "Porte de Clignancourt" and stop at "Barbès-Rochechouart " On leaving the metro you will find yourself on Boulevard de la Chapelle.
