The complex La Villetta is well situated within 100 metres walk of the white, soft and sandy beaches of Lido and Maria Pia and within 25 minutes walking distance from the old town that can be reached by bus service every 30 minutes.

Situated within 100 meters of the beautiful white, soft and sandy beaches of Lido and Maria Pia, La Viletta is a 3 storey building with 6 fully furnished apartments, and is ideal for travelers looking for a relaxing beach holiday in beautiful surroundings.

All the apartments have air-conditioning, safe deposit boxes, hairdryers, a washing machine and DTT TV input (TV sets can be hired from the residence).

There are two different types of apartments, T6 and T6 Attico, sleeping 6 guests. The apartments have air-conditioning, safe deposit box, hairdryer, washing machine and DTT TV input (TV sets can be hired from the residence).

The T6 with three-room apartment (sleeping 6) consists of two double or twin bedrooms, lounge/living with twin sofa bed and corner kitchenette, bathroom with shower and balcony with table and chairs.

The T6 Attico with four-room apartment (sleeping 6) consists of two double or twin bedrooms, lounge/living with twin sofa bed, separated kitchen, bathroom with shower, two balconies and one big terrace with sea view.

The kitchens come complete with sufficient crockery, dishes and cutlery for the number of guests staying, as well as a fridge and a gas electric hob.

The balconies are equipped with plastic tables and chairs. The apartments also feature a DTT TV input and guests have the option to hire a TV set from the residence.

From Fertilia airport:

Once out of the airport, turn right in the direction of Alghero. At the crossroads, turn left and continue on the next crossroads. Direction of Alghero, turn right and go straight on to the traffic lights. Then turn left and immediately turn on your right along Via Liguria.

At the fourth lane, turn left on Viale Europa and after approximately 300 metres turn right on Via Malta. Then take the first turning on Via Sicilia: La Villetta residence in on the left at the house number 20.

From Porto Torres:

Take the SP 42 direction of Alghero and continue on the SS 291 towards Fertilia.

Once reached the traffic Island, continue in the direction of Alghero straight on to the traffic lights. Then turn left and immediately turn on your right along Via Liguria. At the fourth lane, turn left on Viale Europa and after approximately 300 metres turn right on Via Malta.

Then take the first turning on Via Sicilia: La Villetta residence in on the left at the house number 20.

From Olbia port or airport:

Towards Sassari on to the SS 131, take the Alghero-Fertilia exit and continue in the direction of Alghero. At the end of the dual carriageway, turn right along the SS 291 towards Fertilia.

At the fourth lane, turn left on Viale Europa and after approximately 300 metres turn right on Via Malta. Then take the first turning on Via Sicilia: La Villetta residence in on the left at the house number 20.
