Check-in point is at Via della Vigna Nuova 9 from Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. For arrival out of office hours or during the weekend please contact us before you arrival day. Late check-in fee (later than 5pm) is Euro 200.00. A credit card is required at check in time to preauthorize the amount of Euro 200,00 as security deposit refundable at check out time unless damages.

Platsinformation

On foot from the railway station will only take you 10 minutes. Out of Santa Maria Novella Station please take the underground tunnel that you will find on your left at the end of the platform. Walk to the end of the tunnel, this leads you to Santa Maria Novella square. Turn at the square and walk down Via delle belle Donne. At the end of Belle Donne Street please make a left and an immediate right onto via della Vigna Nuova. The street number is 9 in black colour.

Detta är en Pålitlig Recension. Varför?

This apartment was on the 4th floor (no lift which is quite normal in Europe - 98 steps). It is quite a different apartment and I would not recommend it for anyone tall as the door, entrance and some space inside has a low ceiling. It did however have air conditioning which was a blessing as the apartment got quite hot. There were several light bulbs blown when we arrived and another blew whilst we were there. It was lucky that Amy next door was very helpful with the Internet connection access and information on rubbish collection and events happening as the One-World Apartment agency gave us the wrong information. We also had to pay a 50 euro surcharge for linen and towels which was not mentioned at the time of booking. When the sheets were delivered we got 1 single bed fitted sheet, with a hole in it and a double bed sheet. This was for 2 single beds. The guy who delivered the sheets was helpful and tried to help us with the internet, along with other general information and it certainly wasn't his fault, but it was very average when you have to pay extra for linen. When only staying for 2 or 3 nights this surcharge makes the total cost quite expensive. The apartment however is in a great location - a hop, step and jump away from the Ponte Vecchio.
