Our B&B, Promenade is located in the heart of the historical center of Florence. Almost all local attractions are at only 1- 5 minutes of walk : Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, Piazza Signoria, Uffizi Art Gallery, Duomo, Academia, Piazza della Republica, Basilica Santa Croce, etc. The windows of our rooms have an unique and splendid view to the river Arno and Uffizi Art Gallery.

Promenade is located in the heart of the historical town of Florence, nearby Ponte Vecchio (The Old Bridge), between romantic streets and surrounded by elegant palaces, medieval towers, places with historical and cultural importance of the Rennaissance.

From the main touristic attractions of the old town we mention : Uffizi Art Gallery, Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens, the wonderful Signoria Market and Duomo, all these at only 1 - 5 minutes distance, by step in this zone full of craft shops and antiques.

The rooms of 4 stars, with private bathroom, air conditioned, LCD TV, Internet wireless, room service, daily cleaning, are very comfortable, classic and elegant, and furnished in antic Florentine style, with a romantic note.

The rooms have a splendid view to the Uffizi Art Gallery and river Arno.

By car:

From the A1 motorway from the south (Firenze Sud):

- As soon as you leave the motorway, follow the directions for Viale Europe and for Viale Giannotti until you reach Piazza Ravenna. Then take the first to the right turning into Lungarno Ferrucci. Continue going straight on Lungarno Torrigiano and then turn left into Piazza Santa M. Soprarno turn on the first right on Vicolo del Canneto 2.

From Florence Airport and the motorway A1 from north (Firenze Nord):

- Head towards Porta al Prato and then follow the signs for Lungarno Vespucci.

- Once you’re along the Arno River, cross the Ponte Alla Carraia Bridge and then turn to the right and cross the Ponte Santa Trinita Bridge.

- After the bridge turn right into Lungarno Acciaiouli, continue going straight along the river. After Ponte Vecchio, on Lungarno Generale Diaz and make right on Ponte alle Grazie and continue going straight on Lungarno Torrigiano and then turn left into Piazza Santa M. Soprarno turn on the first right on Vicolo del Canneto.

From the main rail-way station Santa Maria Novella:

The B&B Golden View is within 20 minutes walk from the Railway station following direction for the Ponte Vecchio. After you cross the Ponte Vecchio and take your first left and first right on Vicolo del Canneto 2.

Taxi can easily be reached outside the main entrance.
