The hotel is located within short walking distance from the central station (100 m) and it is also very near to other city attractions: 100 m from the famous Damrak (shopping street with many restaurants) 300 m from Dam square (the Royal Palace and Madame Tussauds) 100 m from the famous Red light district and Chinatown, and 10 minutes by tram to the Rijksmuseum.

A public car park is about 100 m from hotel. The nearest metro station and busstop are only 20 m away and the central station only 100 metres. There are vending machines with a choice of beverages and snacks, an Irish pub and a restaurant next door which belongs to the hotel. There is also an internet station in the lobby. The 54 rooms are spread over 4 floors (the hotel has a lift). Each room has a private bathroom, a colour television, radio, direct dial telephone and central heating . The hotel offers single, double, triple and quadruple rooms. The hotel also has two large rooms which can accommodate large groups who wish to remain together.

Detta är en Pålitlig Recension. Varför?

We were welcomed by a very cold and not pleasant(kind) Asian man.
It is necessary to say that somebody had just delivered him(her) a pizza thus we did not arrive at the good hour for him
We presented him(her) the number of reservation of your site. Reservation of 3 rooms(chambers) made one year ago.
He said to us that he had no room(chamber) to reserve for us.
We are French tourists who do not well speak English and the language barrier raised us a lot of problem to be understood.
I show him(her) e-mails of confirmation with the interloculteur which we had during the reservation. He says to me that this persons is not any more a member(part) of the company(society), that she(it) flew from some money(silver) in the box(cashdesk)...
He ends finally to call your power plant of reservation and he crosses(spends) me the receiver(combined competition), I explain my situation, we ask me to call back the next day. I explain the urgency of the situation because of the blow nobody brings to room temperature for us for evening and our interlocutor speaks to the Sir of the hotel. I think that she explained him(her) that we had a reservation to register(record) and that he had to do what's necessary to accommodate us because we cannot do anything about it if a former(ancient) employee made stupid things because after this phone call he proposed us several hotels.
The hotel thus took care of the supplement of rooms(chambers), breakfasts, parking lot as well as public transportation because the hotel which he proposed us was outside of the city. We thus have slept in another hotel the first day (which was much better that the FRANCE hotel) and let us have slept a night in the hotel France. The breakfast takes itself of him(it) pub near-by and was very disappointing with regard to that of the first one hotel but correct nevertheless. In conclusion I shall propose this hotel only to people who I do not love.
The only positive point was that it is situated in city center and that once bottom(stocking,bottoms,stockings) more need of car.
