The house is perfect for groups of up to 12 people and can be split into separate appartments for smaller parties.

The Riad is a beautiful 6 bedroom traditional house with a large sunny roof-terrace set within the historic medina. The beach, souks, harbour, restaurants and cafes are all within a 5 minute walk.

Traditional Moroccan houses are built around an open courtyard which runs up throughout the house allowing light and air to circulate and creating a tranquil and private living space.

The house is on 4 levels (ground floor, 1 st floor, 2nd floor and roof terrace) and is decorated throughout in Moroccan style with touches of European luxury.

Ground floor:

One double bedroom, one twin room, Kitchen, Bathroom (shower & WC). Moroccan style tile floor throughout and luxurious tadelakt walls

First floor:

Two double bedrooms, Kitchen, Bathroom, Lounge

Second floor:

Two double bedrooms, Kitchen, Bathroom, large covered terrace with dining table to enjoy long relaxing meals.

Roof terrace:

Private terrace with tables and chairs which is fantastic for private sunbathing and relaxing.

The house is arranged over 3 floors with a bright and sunny roof terrace. Each floor has a self catering kitchen and shower room with wash basin and flushing WC.

The nearest large airport is Marrakech. Daily direct flights from London to Marrakech (3hr 30mins) with numerous carriers including BA, Royal Air Maroc, Atlas Bleu, Easyjet.

The journey from Marrakech to Essaouira lasts 2hr 30mins: Taxi £60, Supratours coaches £6. If you are driving, there is a car park near Bab Marrakech which is manned round the clock (15dh for 24hr). Upon arrival you can be met by the housekeeper, Mohamed (ask for Bab Marrakech if in a taxi) although the house is very easy to find.
