RSSDetta är en Pålitlig Recension. Varför?
I had an internet booking for a double bed room for two persons. But on arrival they offered only a twin room stating that no double rooms were available. When I protested, the receptionist offered to pay back my rent already deposited and there was no apology for the shabby treatment. Since I didnt have enough time to look around for other hotels, I had to stay in this hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. However, I should say that the room and toilet were very clean.

The property management uploads their availability and pricing to our system, and they are (obviously) contractually obliged to fulfill the bookings in availability they put online. Clearly, for them to claim a room is not available after the booking has been confirmed with them, is not acceptable. We have been in touch with the property since your review to ensure that this will never happen again.
