Ani-Berlin is a 48 square metre apartment, featuring a large living room, a separate bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was completely refurbished with new furniture in May 2010. The bedroom features a large double bed, the living room offers a large, comfortable sofa bed, where 2 other guests can also sleep.The kitchen is separate and is equipped with all essential kitchen utensils.

The apartment is situated in the Berlin's districts Wilmersdorf - in the centre of the former West Berlin. It is within easy walking distance of Kurfurstendamm (Ku'Damm) shopping and entertainment boulevard, the world-famous KaDeWe department store, the Europa-Center, the Gedachtniskirche (Memorial Church).
