Welcome to Zenovich house. We are warm friendly family house in a peaceful part of Budva ideal for a holiday. Our house has own parking place, garden full of flowers and a big terrace for you to enjoy.

Our house has a garden where you can relax and big terrace with a view on Budva.We have car parking for you and unlimited access to internet free of charge.

We can arrange to take you all over the Montenegro with our car 20% cheaper than tourist agencies, or if you prefer we can organised a day on the island near by.

Tourist tax is included in price.Minimum length of stay is 3 days.

There are two apartments with separate terraces and entrances.

One is a triple studio with one double and one single bad, bathroom, kitchen, cable TV and air-condition.

The other one is for five persons. bedroom with one double and one single bad, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen,living room with dining table and bad for two.There is a cable TV, DVD and air-conditions in both rooms.

by plane-Tivat airport to Budva is 20km, and Podgorica airport is 70km away.

both train and boat comes to Bar which is 40 km away. We can pick you up at Tivat or Bar 20% cheaper than Taxi service.

For those who comes by car you should use road maps to come from Podgorica, Albania or Croatia.Since our town doesn't have street name signs you should call me as soon as you reach Budva.
