Located in Lapad residential area, the apartment is 3 kilometers from the Old Town and 10-15 minutes by bus. Bus station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Distance from the beach is 10 minutes walk. The sea walking pathway that leads to many beautiful beaches around entire Lapad peninsula is just few steps away.

This luxuruious apartment has air conditioning, wireless Internet access, SAT TV, Hi-fi, full kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer and iron. Hedera Studio 5 does not have a private parking place, but street parking is available in front.

Please contact us at least one day before arrival and we will send You driving instructions or guide you to the property on the day.

You are obliged to leave the room or apartment you rented as you found it upon arrival - clean, tidy and undamaged. If there will be found extremely unclean apartment or house with more than one-day garbage in it, extra cleaning service will be charged €70.00

It is strictly forbidden to bring persons who are not users of accommodation into the house or apartment. In case unregistered persons or persons that are not announced during reservation are found in the room, the host has the right to cancel accommodation.
