Amatista is a beautiful colonial house, built in the 1700`s. It is located at the town senter, just 50 metres away from Plaza Mayor, and sorrounded by museums and history. Casa De La Musica, which offers cuban music and dancing, is only minutes away. Amatista has two airconditioned rooms decorated in colonial style. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with hot and cold water. We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can eat a variety of cuban traditional dishes where tropical fruits stand out. In order to delight yourself along with your family and/or friends, we suggest you to enjoy the traditional cuban mojito. By bus - Take a taxi from the airport to the Viazul busstation in Havana. Be aware that the bus leaves for Trinidad only two times a day, at 08.15 and 13.00. The cost is 25 CUC per person, the journey takes about 5,5 hours. The busstation in Trinidad is close by Hostal Amatista. Let us know when you are arriving and we will wait for you at the station and bring you to our house. The house is within walking distance.

By car - follow the main road and directions to Cienfuegos, then follow directions to Trinidad. Drive straight ahead until you pass the busstation on your right hand side. Ahead of you a guard will need to let you pass through a gate, follow the road until you come to a museum and a small park, then you find os on your right hand side. Our adress is:

By taxi - You can easily go by taxi, the cost is approximately 100 CUC. If needed we can arrange for an taxi to pick you up at airport international Jose Marti La Habana. If you travel alone the price differs from 25-30CUC per person, if not 100 CUC for the taxi alone. If you arrive from Cienfuegos follow the road almost to the end, passing the busstation and a gate, we are located close by a small park.
