Applicable Cancellation Policy

- If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Applicable Deposit Policy

- 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking.

- 10% service charged will be charged upon arrival on top of total balance

We are located:

- If you're coming in via the airport all you need to do is take the airport "City Flyer" A21 bus to the Haiphong Road stop, which stops right in front of our door at Tsim Sha Tsui Mansion.

- If you're arriving via train you only need to take the MTR to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stop and exit at Exit A1 or C1 where we sit to your right as you come out of the A1 MTR Exit or right in front of you up the sidewalk when you come out of the C1 Exit.
