The Adventure Lodge, Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe

The Adventure Lodge is situated at Stand 954 Corner Pioneer Road and Spencer Street in Victoria Falls town, only 2km from one of the Seven Wonders of the World, Victoria Falls, and of course the mighty Zambezi River. The Lodge is 400m from the main road leading into town from Bulawayo and Kasane. It is 5 minutes walk from the Vic Falls town and the Victoria Falls themselves are another 10 minutes walk from the bottom of town.

As Victoria Falls is all National Parks land, a wide variety of wildlife can be viewed almost anywhere. Buffalo, elephant, baboons, warthog, kudu, impala, vervet monkeys and impala are very common sightings, even in the residential areas. Elephants, Buffalo, Lions and leopards have also been occasionally spotted around the town.

The Zambezi National Park is home to numerous other species of wildlife including giraffe, bushbuck, waterbuck, crocodiles, hyena, civet cats, hippo, kingfishers, fish eagles, tawny eagles, grey louries, and the list goes on.

The hotel has 66 rooms altogether,

- 5 family rooms,

- 6 double rooms and

- 55 twin-bedded rooms.

- All rooms have en suite bathrooms and built in cupboards.

- 10 rooms are Air Conditioned and these carry a surcharge.

- All rooms have a Fan

- Camping area

- There will be an ablution facility centrally situated to all camp sites. The ablution block will have toilets, showers, basins and hot and cold water.

TRANSFERS (EXTRA COST AT OUR PUBLISHED RATES)

SELF DRIVE- Clients can drive directly to the lodge. Directions available upon request

AIR TRAVEL- All flights arrive at either the Victoria Falls airport, Zimbabwe or the Livingstone airport, Zambia. Adventure Zone provide transfers to and from both the above mentioned airports at an additional cost.

ROAD TRAVEL- For those who are traveling from Livingstone border, Zambia and Kazangula border, Botswana, arrangements can be easily made to book road transfers, upon request and at an additional cost.
