AVOID THIS PLACE!! We arrived and didn't even stay one night!!
The rooms were dirty, hair on pillows, dirt on chair in room, towel rack hanging off fall! Bathroom (shared) was dirty. No lift and two sets of stairs up to reception, air conditioning was not working.
We spent 2.5 hours using their free internet to find somewhere else to stay!
Ended up staying at Hotel Fenice Palace right near the Duomo - more expensive but well worth the extra cash!
