One World Apartments is located a few minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station, few meters from the Arno River.

It offers traditional and historical atmosphere, including all of the modern comforts and conveniences such as washing machine, and fully-equipped kitchens.

The check in is in Via della Vigna Nuova 9 (Residence office). CONTACT THE HOTEL at the email provided to receive the CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS.

Customers that are willing to check in after the office hour should inform us at least two working days prior to the date of check in.

200 € extra fee will be applied for late check in.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the price. An extra fee of 25 € per person will be charged on duty upon arrival. This service is not mandatory.

The property requires a refundable security/breakage deposit of 200 EUR at the check in.
