Bored of loud over priced hostels? The 20 Dollar hostel is back to basics. Hot showers, comfy clean beds, equipped kitchen and common area. We offer a safe and welcoming environment for you and your belongings.(Please note you need to check in at a different building to the Hostel, see directions. The hostel is 1 block west of the reception)

The $20 hostel is a very basic, bed & shower hostel. Aimed to provide backpackers with a safe and cosy environment, with nothing more than a bed, shower, kitchen and a social area. Please do not expect, pub crawls, drinking games and loud music.

The hostel has 4, 6 and 8 bed dorm rooms. All of which are $20 you will be allocated the best available room upon arrival.

From the Airport

Jump on bus 747 from just outside the arrivals terminal, tickets for this bus are $8 which can be purchased from the machine (with correct change) or from the Bureau De Change. Stay on the bus until Berri UQAM (the last one). Walk 2 blocks up Berri St, north west onto Rue Sherbrooke, turn right and walk 2 more block... viola, the Reception is in Hotel De Paris, on Rue Sherbrooke & Saint Andre.

From the Bus Station:

Berri UQAM bus station, please follow instructions above form the Berri UQAM bus stop.

From the Train Station:

Walk out onto Rue University, walk north 2 blocks (over Saint Catherine) up to Metro Station McGill on Boulevard Masionnevue, take the metro to Sherbrooke metro station. From the metro walk out onto Rue Sherbrooke go 2 blocks left to Sherbrooke & Saint Andre..voila hostel ici.

There is no reception at the 20 dollar hostel building. Located 1 block west of the reception.
