dsgovier Great Hostel with relaxed astmosphere and good range of facilities. Clean rooms, bathrooms and kitchens. Good laundry, although it was very popular and we had to wait a long time to use it. Will stay here again when next passing through. Great value hostel.
tway Most excellent B&B! A very short 5-minute walk from Interlaken West train station--which means a quick trip to start your way into the mountains. Plus it's extremely affordable, by Swiss standards. And quiet--we slept like babies! We stayed in a room with shared accommodations--and what a room! Lovely clean, white bedding with feather duvet, very bright, small clean sink, plus a huge balcony all to ourselves with a big clothesline. You could even see Jungfrau from the window. The shared bathroom was always, always clean--it's like someone snuck in and cleaned up as soon as you were done. Breakfasts were copious and delicious--with meats, cheeses, toast, cereal, coffee, hot chocolate, and lots of Nutella. The dining room was wonderful, overlooking a beautiful garden. Best of all, the owners were extremely helpful and kind. They greeted us by name when we walked in the door, always asked if they could help, offered money-saving tips, restaurant suggestions, etc. etc. etc. An absolutely fantastic trip made complete by this beautiful little B&B. Highly recommended!

ap524 Overall the hostel was a good value for money though a bit smaller. The location was good and the staff was courteous.
geraldinemuller We were in Interlaken for the Jungfrau Marathon. Ideal location, only a stone throw away from the start of the race. Small kitchen for personal use. Simple accommodation but very clean. Just what we needed for the weekend.

danlg This place is awesome if your around the age of 20 and going to Switzerland you have to go here. I went with 3 kids my age. We all just graduated highschool and had a blast we didn't want to leave. The bar down stairs is the hot spot around town.
tchaudhari A place for backpackers... all of the guests excluding us were Korean. The Owner is a very nice person. Speaks excellent English. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast in the morning. Normally one expects a good breakfast but to our surprise, only a tall pack of ready to eat noodles (the one in which we have to pour warm water and wait till its ready) was given. I suggest you to carry some stuff like bread, sausages, salami which you can toast or eat in the morning. the kitchen is fully furnished. In all a decent experience !
cody.chalm Entertaining? Absolutely. The Lazy Falken was a little difficult to find at first because of a confusion with the name. Actually called Falken Hotel on the side of the building, but easy enough to go in and ask. The room was VERY small and cramped but it is more than comfortable if you just need a place for a night while you make your way elsewhere. I didn't find the service to be anything special, just men and women doing the job they signed up for. But in comparison to the many other places I've stayed I loved the art and energy that filled the walls of the falken, and felt it was the most entertaining hostel (a live band was playing the bar below the sleeping quarters) that I've had the pleasure to stay in.
