zoemayne Beautiful location in a small friendly village right on the beach. Was very chilled and I'd like to go back!
vinyl45er We had a wonderful, quiet, peaceful and relaxed stay. Our hosts were super informative, very gracious and helpful in any matter we may have had. We enjoyed our time at the villa immensely! Great room and spotless bathroom. The hosts run a tight but very relaxed ship!

gilooou1 Really nice hotel, the rooms are very big and clean considering the price. Atmosphere convivial, the staff proposes some cheap trips (Prison island, spice tour...) . Internet is free, and the breakfast is huge!

serenatac I had a wonderful stay at Furaha. What I wanted most was to get away and be able to relax completely, and Furaha certainly provided me with that. It did have the added bonus though of good internet access when I needed it, and the fridge, airconditioning and even TV in the room was a great plus. The drawbacks is that there is no beach, and so unlike many of the more touristy places, you cannot sit on your deckchair and wade into the ocean. There was a great pool though. The best thing though about Furaha is the staff. Mohammed and Nasoor especially stand out. Their every desire was to keep me happy, and I did not want for anything while I was there. I would definitely go there again if I want to get away from it all!
elton.st-john Good value for money ,quiet and peaceful location .Federico ,the owner is always there to help .Food is ok especially when it comes to Italian cuisine .Rooms are very basic ,safe and there is never shortage of hot water and electricity ,free wifi and all beds have nets .Situated in Bwegu ,not far from Paje where one can buy some rations from Supaduca or a supermarket opposite the same building . (30 min by walk or 3 min drive to Paje town). The staff is very very friendly ,they know English and Italian language very well so there will be no language barriers .All the bungalows do not need AC ,they are all well ventilated and to have peace of mind there are ceiling fans just in case something odd happens with the climate.Hope i was of much help to all you travellers visiting Zanzibar.
latsleny Domokuchu is a very nice place to stay, nice new beach houses on a very pretty location. If there would be more shade in the morning at the beach side and less plastic on the beach its will be a taste of paradise. Lats and Leny
