lagataw1 Very warm and friendly owner. Peaceful quiet location although a bit far from the city center. But it's all good because they have bicycles for rent at a really low price of 30 baht. The only downside probably is the bathroom. The water drains a bit too slowly an d there is no water heater.

pr1ncesa A lovely guesthouse run by a very friendly and helpful family! The location right next to the river is great, and it's good to be a little bit off the touristy area (but still close enough to get to all the sights easily by bicycle, which can be rented directly at the guesthouse). A very nice Thai restaurant with delicious and inexpensive food is just 3 minutes walk away (just ask the guesthouse staff for their recommendation, or walk up from the guesthouse, turn right and walk maybe 50 meters - the sign is in Thai only, but it's easy to recognize by the tuk-tuk inside the restaurant).

silentvibe If you are driving its not a bad place for budget reasons...but if you are hiring a car I would imagine you can stay at a more pricey place. Its out of the centre and they offer bicycles to hire or you can use there tuk tuk service. there is no hot water in the rooms and I was told that you need to hire a VIP room. I didn't bother as I was only there for 2 nights. The food is good but expect to get bitten by mozys as it is out in the countryside so to speak. Services are pretty good and the lady there is very helpful. I wouldnt stay here again though I was just a little too disapointed by no hot water and the location. At night...you really are in the middle of nowhere. But for the money, its not that bad....if you like cold showers. Funny thing is though...now I'm back in Europe....I would love to be there now, I miss it!
