lisahanson Really friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful atmosphere and nice to relax by the pool. Breakfast and dinner were good and there was enough. Made to feel really welcome and even though we only stayed there we would definitely go back. Good for two female travellers as the area felt really safe too. Would highly recommend the hotel!

heinke.guertler we arrived late in the evening and the guesthouseboss were very friendly, gave us our room and talked with us -during drinking a beer- about all around the world. it is an old house with a few nice rooms and really a wonderfull place in the center of the old town kaleici, clean, quiet and simply the best :0)!!!
v.k.rimmer I was made very welcome and felt at home. The property is in the centre of the old town, budget price, clean, and convenient, and the owner is very hospitable and friendly. The only drawback I would mention is that the rooms are in a basement flat, with windows at pavement level. It was a bit disconcerting at first seeing constant 'pavement life' at ankle level, and having cars parking and driving past outside the window. It was also rather noisy at night with windows open - take ear plugs! However the windows have continental style metal grills over them so there is no security issue, and I soon got used to it. I would also advise taking a clear map with the location marked (no 16, Kurtulus Street, near Alaadin Mosque, in Kaleici) and practice your Turkish pronunciation of the directions. I arrived from the airport at 11 pm and the taxi driver and locals had difficulty finding it. The street names were hard to find in the dark, and the notice 'Kale's Homestay' was in a basement window hidden behind a parked car. However a friendly neighbour helped out once we arrived in the street. Great if you are looking for budget accommodation and a down-to-earth and warm welcome.

katie_errington We arrived quite late at night and we lent a very helpful hand by the owner (Farty, I'm sure this isn't the spelling but its how its pronounced) in getting to the hotel. Its not a straightforward drive from the airport as the old town is hidden behind a barrier and Turkish road signs are not the best (especially in Antalya!). Rooms are small but perfectly functional, the setting is beautiful and the breakfast location (just down the road, at another of Farty's hotels) was lovely. All in all, would recommend.
