A very warm welcome to our Boutique Apartment which is new and in contempory design, with the finest furniture and fittings. All our rooms are spacious & airy, very comfortable & with good sized beds, en suite bathrooms & balconies. Most rooms have air conditioning, some also have wireless internet access, as does the lobby. WiFi is free, internet use is 60 Baht per hour (standard price for the island) & our computers have Skype etc. for you to keep in touch with friends & family.

In our restaurant we serve delicious Thai and Western food at very reasonable prices (meals start at 60 Baht). Your stay at Lanta Thip house will be a very enjoyable one and you will find the atmosphere here is very friendly & warm.

We are ideally located half way down the West coast of the island, 5 minutes walk from Klong Khong beach & 10 kilometres from Saladan village. Elephant trekking and other activities are very close by and we hire mopeds for you to explore the rest of our beautiful island. We can help you plan & arrange snorkelling, diving and other activities.
