Small and family-run guesthouse Italian / Thai, located in the quiet Soi Bua Kaow. We offer nine rooms with air conditioning, ceiling fan, wireless internet, bathroom with hot and cold water, freezer, tv and safety-box. Guests can make use of our taxi service and motorbike rental.

9. Slight right to merge onto Route 34

10. Continue onto Route 3

11. Turn right at Pattaya Tai

12. Turn right at Chaloem Phrakiat/Phatthaya sai 3

13. Take the 1st left onto Chaloem Phrakiat 35

14. Turn right

15. Take the 1st left

16 Turn right Destination will be on the right
