Located in the Eastern Noisy-le-Grand district, this two-star is located 20 minutes from the Paris city centre and Disneyalnd Resort Paris Parks. City Residence - Marne la Vallée is within three minutes walk of nearby Bry-sur-Marne RER station.

In the residence you will find a lot of facilities, such as parking facilities (extra cost), a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, a garden. Small pets are welcome.

The residence offers studios and 2 to 4-room apartments hosting up to 7 persons. Each apartment is all furnished and conceived to provide the utmost comfort. They are equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette (depending on the size pf apartments), with a microwave oven, stove, hood, washing machine and dryer, satellite TV and WiFi connection (extra charge).

Alone, with family or friends for a few nights or several months, we offer four types of apartment to meet all your needs:

- Studio (approx. 20 m²) for one or two people

- The one bedroom's appartment (approx. 40m ²) : 1 bedroom + living room, up to 4 people

-the two bedroom's appartment (approx. 60 sqm) : 1 living room with a sofa bed + 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + terrace or balcony), up to 6 people

- The three bedroom's flat (approx 80m2) : 1 living room + 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + 1 garden), up to 7 people.

We offer you a wide choice of services such as breakfast, laundry, daily cleaning and parking.

By underground

The nearest RER A station, Bry sur Marne, is 100 meters only from the residence and offers direct access to Paris city centre.

By train

The nearest railway station is Gare de Lyon directly accessible by RER A.

By airplane

From both Paris airports, Charles de Gaulle and Orly, the residence is easy to reach: take RER B to Châtelet Les Halles, then change onto RER A, direction Marne-la-Vallée, and step off at Bry sur Marne.
