We offer two apartments in the same building located in the beautiful Cannaregio area, quite corner of Venice.

One is large 130 m2 apartment with big garden outside and has 3 separate bedrooms - two of them has double beds and one is with two single beds, as well there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room suitable for two people. It is possible to add two more beds, so in the apartment can stay up to 9 persons. The wide open-space living room is joined with the kitchen and a dinning area with big dinning table. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, one with jacuzzi and other one with a shower. The technical equipment include air-conditioning, internet wi-fi, TV and a safe deposit box. There is a small balcony in one if the bedrooms and windows of the kitchen and living area are overlooking the channel of the Ascension. Nearby there are many shops and nice restaurants, and in the private beautiful garden you can enjoy the sun or meal outside.

The other one is comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with large living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It can guest up to 3 persons - there is one king size bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa and an armchair in the living room both of which can be converted into beds. The apartment has a lovely balcony with beautiful views on garden and canal. 

Technical equipment: big 42\' flat TV in the living room; 32\' flat TV in the bedroom; Wifi internet access.

Check in/ out times can be flexible.

Standard check in time 12pm, check out 11am

Please contact us before your arrival in order to arrange check in time.

Check in and cleaning fee 70 EUR of the 3 bedroom apartment and 50 EUR for 1 bedroom apartment.
