Conditions:A 10% Governmental Tax has to be added to all our room rates.A 50% deposit has to be paid upon reservation. The remaining balance will be paid upon check in.A housekeeper will be present to clean your villa and cook your meals. Our guests are advised to bring their own groceries (salt & pepper included) or, if they prefer, we can go shop for them (10% service charge to be added to the groceries bill).
