Our fantastic brand-new guesthouse is designed to make your stay in Barcelona a pleasure and a memory to be treasured. Comfort and ease are the key factors that stand out, but not the only ones!Our rooms are plush without being over-the-top. Decorated in autumnal colours with very comfortable beds and rooms of a decent size, they are all different in layout and feel luxurious.Breakfast is included and our communal area and rooms have lovely mini balconies. We are located in a very safe neighbourhood in the heart of the Eixample. We're right next door to the Paseo de Gracia which shows off the exquisite work of Gaudi in his buildings at Casa Batllo and the Pedrera. Only ten minutes stroll away is Gaudis marvellous unfinished Sagrada Familiar.Check in: 2pm. If you arrive after 12 midnight you must pay a late check in fee of 25 euros.
