The apartment has two beautiful bedrooms,one with queen size bed and another with full size bed. The living room has a pull out sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 people as well as cable TV with International channels. The apartment also comes with free high speed Internet access. The kitchen is just the right size and has a stove, pots and pans, and a big refrigerator. You have everything at your disposal to cook your own meals. Kitchen also has a table with chairs. Considering the apartment location and the amenities, the apartment is one of the best apartments in our database in terms of value for money. We hope to see you in New York!

After the booking is made we will ask you to pay 50% prepayment of the booking.

Cancellation policy

If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, the Hospitality Provider will charge a $50 processing fee

If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking

If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking

If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date the booking will be non-refundable
