Welcome to our small and cosy budget hotel, the ideal place for those who want to visit Venice and save money. Our structure lies in a perfect position, just 5 minutes by feet far from the rail station and Piazzale Roma, but in a quiet street.

Rooms are very comfortable, simple but very clean. Some of them have also private bathroom en-suite. They offer TV colour, heating, fan, telephone, courtesy set, safe.

Breakfast is included in price. We serve a rich continental breakfast from 8 to 10.30 in our nice breakfast room. After that, our bar is open all day long, and there you can taste long drinks, starters and soft drinks.

Free WIFI access in the lobby and breakfast room, you can surf using your laptop.

No curfew.

Cancellations are allowed free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.

After the confirmation, our hotel may preauthorize the first night on guest card: this is simply a way to double check the goodness of the card itself to avoid no uncovered no shows, and it’s not a real charge.

From August the 30th 2011 Albergo Marin is proud to announce you the entire porperty has air-conditioning.

From July the 5th 2012 we have free SKY cable tv wiht more than 500 free channels in each room. You can also buy pay per view events in your room, or enjoy clear events c/o our lobby and our lounge bar.
