petraausasien We were 2 middleaged women staying at Jasmine Hotel for 3 days at the beginning of our Vietnam trip. We booked online several month in advance and they answered with a lot of helpful informations. Rooms are spotless clean, we found everything we needed and some we did not (hairdryer or additional blankets...), included breakfast is of very good quality. And staff is outstanding friendly and helpful. They made translations on the phone for us, gave a lot of informations and security advices. When we left, the lady at the reception (her name is phonetically "tree") told us to ring her up whenever we would have anykind of problem during our trip. We enjoyed the in Jasmine Hotel and can really recommend it.

kmatm Nice clean hotel in the heart of the backpacker area. Fun and helpful staff, both at the desk and via email booking tours and providing information. Even had a room upgrade free of charge. Decent breakfast included each morning and a cold welcome drink when you check in. Rooms had a/c, fridge, tv, bathroom, wardrobe, wi-fi, clean and tidy bed. I could easily recommend this hotel to anyone (I stayed at the Splendid Star 2).

lauramccar I would highly reccommend anyone to stay at the Little Hanoi Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are lovely. The staff make this hotel special. We got free airport pick up included for staying 2 nights which was very handy.
