The house is furnished with a TV, fridge, washing machine, beds, etc. Water, Electricity & Telephone facilities are all available. This is a home away from home. You can live peacefully. 24hrs. Tea & Coffee., You can cook your own food or can order over the telephone. You will get delicious Sri Lankan food/Pizza etc. for a cheap price. The residents also can use the swimming pool, parks, lakes, Tennis court and club house in the Millenium City. These facilities could be arranged for the guests who are staying more than one month. Summer House is only for rent. We are sorry, we do not give this house for Sri Lankans living in Sri Lanka. (because this is not a guest house) This is ideal to relax and to get away from your busy life.
