We are situated in the quiet and magnificently picturesque village of Sirili, just 20 km away from Chania. We have created two double bed, apartments, aligned with our priority for privacy and tranquility.

Located in well-kept gardens and 50 meters from the sandy beach of Amoudara. The nearest mini-market and taverns are a 3 minute stroll from Yannis Apartments.

Village : Bali is a colourful and friendly seaside resort surrounded by hilly terrain. In this place the blue of the sky and the light blue of the sea are linked in a beautiful combination. It is one of the most beautiful tourist destinations of Crete.

The sandy beach is approximately 150 metres away!!! MINIMUM STAY 1 WEEK

Ikaros villa is located at the beach in Makrigialos, only 30 m from the sea. From the apartment you can have a spectacular view to the Libyan sea.

Sie liegt an der Nordküste Kretas, knapp 80 km westlich von Heraklion und 75 km östlich von Chania, wo sich auch die beiden Flughäfen befinden, die beide ca. eine Autostunde entfernt sind. Es besteht auch eine direkte Schiffsverbindung mit dem Festland Griechenlands. Über der mittelalterlichen Altstadt von Rethymnon mit ihren engen Gassen, venezianischen Palazzi und türkischen Minaretten liegt ein besonderer Flair. Der orientalische Anstrich dieser Stadt läßt ihre wechselvolle Geschichte, die bis in die Antike zurückreicht, lebendig werden. Neben den zahlreichen, unbegrenzten Sehenswürdigkeiten und der schönen Altstadt mit der venezianischen 'Fortezza' sowie einem malerischen Hafen, an dem viele Tavernen, Kafeneions und Restaurants mit kretischen Spezialitäten auf Sie warten, besitzt Rethymnon auch einen großartigen, feinsandigen Badestrand. Dieser herrliche und längste Sandstrand Kretas setzt sich nach Osten über viele Kilometer fort, ab und zu von kleinen Felsenbuchten unterbrochen, in denen verstreut liegende Weiler den Zugang zu den Bergdörfern im Hinterland bilden. Insgesamt sind die Strände von Rethymnon bis Prinos mit acht blauen europäischen Fahnen ausgezeichnet. Verschiedene archäologische Stätten, Klöster, Kirchen, venezianische und türkische Monumente und Denkmäler werden Sie begeistern. Ein archäologisches, historisches und volkskundliches sowie mehrere Kunstmuseen warten auf Ihre Besichtigung. Der Besuch einer der vielen Schluchten dieser Gegend, die auch reich an Grotten und Aushöhlungen sind, lohnt sich immer. Wer eine der zahlreichen kulturellen Veranstaltungen und Feste in Rethymnon aufsucht, trifft auf einen Teil kretischer Lebensart. Familiäre, religiöse und saisonbedingte Anlässe sind meist der Grund für lokale und öffentliche Festlichkeiten. So findet z.B. Mitte Juli das kretische Weinfest statt, das bereits eine fünfunddreißigjährige Tradition hat, drei Wochen dauert und Tausende von Menschen anzieht. Es ist weiterhin interessant, die nähere Umgebung von Rethymnon zu erkunden, denn in vielen umliegenden Dörfern wird die traditionelle Handwerkskunst noch aufrecht erhalten. Beliebt sind in Margarites das Töpferhandwerk sowie die Korbflechterei in Mixorouma. Außerdem gibt es in Alfa noch immer Steinhauer, Stoffartikel werden in Anogia auf dem traditionellen Webstuhl hergestellt, wo auch der Volksmalerei nachgegangen wird, und interessante Holzschnitzwerkstätten gibt es in Argyroupoli, Agios Konstantinos und Margarites.
