Our apartment house is situated in a very centre of tourist part of Zadar, right next to the Falkensteiner Resort Zadar. It is about 150 m distant from the beach.

The apartments "SARA" are located in Borik, the famous tourist part of Zadar. There are two comfortable apartments in the house with private parking place. Nearby you can find nice pebble beach, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstore, Internet caffe and rent a car/scooter. The old town is 3 km away.

Klares warmes Meerwasser akkumuliert von der anderen Seite der Halbinsel natürliches heilendes Schlamm. Unser Haus liegt ganz nah, fast direkt am Strand Zdrijac (cca 50m). Zdrijac ist Vorort von Nin. Altes Örtchen Nin ist bekannt nach seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten aus römischen Zeit und wenige wissen in der Stadt Nin befindet sich die kleinste katholische Kathedrale der Welt (St. Kreuz), nur 10 Min Spaziergang des Meeres entlang. In Nin finden sie Post, Bank, Restaurants, verschiedene Geschaffte, Eisdielen und Cafés. Nin ist nur 18km von der Großstadt Zadar (20 Min. Autofahrt) entfernt.
