This Studio Apartment 2nd floor is located in Calangute Along the Noth Goa beach, between Candolim on the south and Baga and then Anjuna beach on the North of it. The property has one bedroom fully furnished, one dinning cum sitting room furnished with T.V too, 2 balconies, a equiped kitchen, and a toilet/bathroom, with hot/cold shower. This studio apartment is part of the Maria Rosa resort and has a swimming pool too for use by the residents for an extra charge. There is a restaurant that serves quality food and bar too with pool side lounge. Walking distance to the Calangute main shopping area is approximately 10 minutes and another 10 minutes walk should get you to the Calangute beach.
