I wouldn´t reccomend coming here unless you have a specific reason to. It was easy for us with EU passports, otherwise you would need a visa. Novi Sad was ok, just a small town with a nice small main square/area and a fortress that hosts the Exit festival each year. Belgrade, was ... just belgrade. Really nothing to see ...
