Kaunas is a city in the central west of Lithuania and is the second city in the country, after the capital Vilnius, which is a few hours by car or train. Recently Kaunas has become one of the Ryanair hub cities, with Kaunas airport now servicing flights all across Europe. The effect will be a growth in tourism and activities in the coming years.
