Very nice beds! Self-catering facilities were disappointing. There is only a microwave available for cooking. For £20 per night you'd expect cooking facilities. Although pre-cooked microwave meals are good and cheap theses days. £15 per night would be more reasonable for a dorm bed. However, the atmosphere is enjoyable.

Great place. Well equipped. Very helpful staff. Great value for money. Neat rooms. Perfect place to have a base as you explore northern Wales by car. Many places in the area are over priced if they are on the A roads. The Eagle is perfect place to really experience northern Wales.
