I'm open to suggestions! Where to go in Europe in Feb/March?
In Barcelona (nearby on the coast at Sitges) there is "carnaval" in February (fantastic street party - outrageous costumes essential, loads of fun), for cheap places to stay I can recommend -snip-. The weather should be a lot milder than in the rest of Europe around that time of year, cheers ...
