- A Clean Slate
Do you ever walk around and think about sailboats? Do you ever FEEL like a sailboat, all systems go and four sheets to the wind? I was out walking the streets of Gothenburg on a blustery, windy day in Sweden Posted by dakiar in Traipsing About | May 27, 2006
- Start of my Travelling Bug/Blog
Why I start my own travel blog? I think the answer is; I'm curious to know how many people would be interested to know where, when I have been. How was the journey, what I've learned from it, have I've Posted by Brun Xugar in Travelling Bug | Jun 2, 2006

As a hearty welcome to this young traveller, Sweden suffered through the longest winter in 40 years through the first five months of 2006. Luckily, I haven't exactly been "around" to experience all the cold and blustery days due to Posted by dakiar in Traipsing About | May 24, 2006

- Further Tales of Sweden
My buddy Eric was in town for the last couple weeks and while I won't bore you with all the mundane details of his visit (he brushes his teeth twice daily...if only he showered 1/4 that much!), here is a Posted by dakiar in Traipsing About | Mar 20, 2006
- Tram People
I attract strange people. I could be sitting in a public place wearing my Jason mask and sharpening a big knife while listening to Marilyn Manson and some little old lady will walk up and start talking to me about Posted by dakiar in Traipsing About | Feb 28, 2006
- Sweating It Out
In case anyone was worried, Sweden is still here. A clear blue sky tinted by a few clouds fooled me this morning, and my flip-flop clad feet, shorts, and cut-off shirt quickly had me freezing at the tram stop. Luckily, Posted by dakiar in Traipsing About | Feb 27, 2006
- Tukholma/Stockholm
Tosin seuralaiseni Mr L ja Ms S olivat Posted by vilmalotta in Levoton sielu | Feb 26, 2006

Before the last three months slip away like a slug on ice, I feel it is a good idea to write down some of the memories, reactions, thoughts, perceptions, and nonsense bumbling about in my head. I've seen seven countries, Posted by dakiar in Traipsing About | Jan 18, 2006

It is so hard to concentrate on my job now...
I try, I really do. But I keep drifting away, spending hours and hours surfing numerous travel sites, or photography sites... On the other hand, I actually don't have that much Posted by snatterand in South America | Aug 15, 2005

Seriously, this summer is wierd.
Usually, the Swedish summer doesn't get started until early August - Midsummer is always freezing, despite great expectations every year.
