We are a small eight bedroom guesthouse/hotel one street back from the main seafront with easy access to the local trams.

We are a family run licensed hotel, located 2 minutes walk from both the train and the bus station at Blackpool North. Next to Funny Girls. 5 minutes walk to beach, Blackpool tower, theatres, town centre and nightlife.

The total number of rooms in the hotel is 12 which altogether can sleep 34 at any one time. Please note that the earliest check in time is 12pm and the latest check in time is 11pm. Thank you.

Follow park road, through a set of traffic lights, you pass a launderette on your left hand side, palatine road is the second turning on your left after the launderette.
