Jahrhundert, liebevoll restauriert), weitere Gebäude (ebenfalls kürzlich renoviert) mit nur 6 Wohnungen sowie weitere Einrichtungen, die den Aufenthalt hier sehr angenehm und entspannend machen. So stehen hier z. B. im schönen Garten ein Swimmingpool (6 x 12 m, offen von Anfang Mai bis Ende September, je nach Wetter), ein Kinderspielplatz, ein Grillplatz und Gartenmobiliar für die Gäste zur Verfügung. Ebenfalls auf dem Gelände sind natürlich auch die Autoabstellplätze. Für die Gäste ist ein Wäschedienst verfügbar. Wohnungen: die Wohnungen (Einzimmer bzw. Zweizimmer) sind im toskanischem Stil eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Gemeinsame Merkmale für alle Wohnungen: gut ausgestattete Küche, Essplatz, eigenes Bad, Doppelcouchbett, Fernseher, unabhängige Heizung (bis auf Chiocciola), unabhängiger Eingang und eigener Platz im Freien. Sonstiges: Die Produkte vom landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb können auch gekauft werden: z. B. Wein, Olivenöl, Liköre, Grappa, Vinsanto, Marmeladen, usw. Auf Anfrage werden für die Gäste auch traditionelle Kuchen gebacken oder typische Gerichte zubereitet. La Volpe e l'Uva bietet auf Anfrage auch Kochkurse zu der typischen Umbria-Küche: jede Standard-Unterricht dauert ca. 3 Stunden auf 1, 2 oder 3 Tage, wobei die Gestaltung flexibel je nach Kundenwunsch erfolgen kann.
