Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein wunderschöner Balkon, zudem befinden sich in der Wohnung ein Badezimmer, eine Küche und ein Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in sonniger Südwestlage auf der 3. Etage. Fenster und Türen wurden restauriert, der Parkettboden wurde renoviert und auch das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine ist neu. Die Einbauchküche ist ebenfalls neu renoviert und mit Gasherd und Kühlachrank ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Im Wohnraum befindet sich eine ausziehbare Coach, ein Tisch, Stühle, Fernseher. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem großen Bett, einem neuen Sofa und einer Kommode eingerichtet.
