Sanur is a beach resort in the south of Bali. It's relatively upscale and is more expensive than Kuta but cheaper than Seminyak.

Hi... I just came back frm Ubud last mth. Jimbaran is much quieter plc compare to Kuta. Since you're heading to Ubud why not trying some hotels in Sanur area. Try Sanur Paradize Plaza. It's near to the beach, and there're few fast food around the corner, such as KFC, McD, and even right infront of Dunkin Donnuts ...
