The hosts were a super nice and accommodating couple; Mike even drove us to and from the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but filling. Overall, a very pleasant stay. ... more

Great Service, nice and clean, very cosy. However, Ensuite was just a sink in the bedroom, toilets and shower are seperate.. If you are backpacking, forget about it. Its at the top of one of Baths 7 hills and once you get to the top you still have the driveway which is twice as steep. Weird location but a lovely place. Catch a cab up the hill.. ... more

The best is its location. Breakfast is a little poor, no juices, no fruits. The worth thing was cleanless.

I spent a long time looking for accomodation for just 1 night (Bath hotels and B&B's have a policy of 2 nights minimum stay in the majority). I'd almost given up when I found rooms at the Uni.

Close to everything you'd want to see in Bath. Nice, tidy if not fancy room with a great view over Bath - very good for the money.
