    You could fly probably Istanbul - Athens - Mykonos OR bus to Kusadasi then ferry to Samos then ferry to Mykonos. If you haven't seen Ephesus, I recommend getting bus to Selcuk, havin 1-2 days around Ephesus then ferry to Mykonos via Samos. Ephesus is awesome. ...
