Siofok
Siofok is a town with about 25,000 inhabitants on the shores of Lake Balaton and is one of the busiest tourist spots in Hungary, and therefore also one of the richest places in the country. It is especially popular in summer and with young people for partying.

http://info.wien.at/ I've never been, but I've been dying to go to Bratislava. Cheaper than Vienna, since it is in Slovakia and very nice town with great party atmosphere. Also plan a weekend away from your studies to go to Siofok in Hungary, preferably as long as it is still summer ...
