I found this , but don't how you book it. Looks like it's three tickets with NI issuing the Belfast to Enniskillen section and the Republic issuing the Sligo to Galway section, but I don't know who issues the Enniskillen to Sligo section - I would guess NI because you're coming from that direction ...
