We stayed in the Hotel Fljotshild part of Smaratun with en suite b&b. Spacious room, good shower. Good buffet breakfast. Excellent set 3 course dinner (salmon starter and beef main course) at a very reasonable price for Iceland. Only quibble is that the hotpot is a bit away from the hotel, difficult to climb into and no bathrobes. ... more
