Canadian house is a really well set up b&b about a half hour walk out of akakura. The owner is friendly and speaks very good English, and is happy to drop you off at the bus and train etc. For the money, it's a shame the local bus doesn't stop more frequently; it only comes it the morning for one direction and the afternoon for the other. ... more
