You get what you pay for, i.e good value for the money you pay. Portland's public transportation is excellent as there is a 'fareless square', which means you can catch buses for free within this zone. The hotel is within this zone and it made it easy to get around town. Fairly clean, reception staff a bit gruff but otherwise pleasant enough. ... more
