Bariloche, or officially San Carlos de Bariloche, is a city in the Rio Negro province in Argentina. It's located at the shore of Lago Nahuel Huapi at the foot of the Andes mountains and has about 140,000 inhabitants. It's the most famous skiing resort in Argentina but has much more to offer, also during the summermonths.

La Barraca Suites was the perfect place for our stay in Bariloche. It's close but not too close to the center of town. There are markets and other amenities nearby. The view of the lake is fabulous.
